CRYMBO pricing is a straightforward monthly SaaS fee based on volume and usage. We do not charge a percentage of spread (pips). Cost can be reduced by using embedded KYT/KYC services via CRYMBO’s bulk provider agreements.

Yes. CRYMBO supports FATF Travel Rule compliance. For deposits from omnibus wallets (e.g., exchanges), ownership verification can be implemented using WalletConnect: the user signs a message/transaction to prove control, linking the user to the transaction for compliance export.
Yes. KYC is part of sign-up, but it can be postponed to allow initial platform exploration. Full activation is enabled once KYC is completed and approved.
KYC is handled via a customizable onboarding wizard that mirrors an institution’s manual KYC process. For corporate clients this includes UBOs, directors, connected users, proof of address, and required documents. Collected KYC data is available in the back-office CRM.
Yes. Sensitive customer data (name, phone, email, etc.) can be hidden/not displayed. The newer version enables role-based, permissioned views.
